Customers can contact Riyans WebTech via email or letter for a refund request If they claim within 7 days of purchase. Domain registration and Bulk SMS services are non-refundable. For all other services, including Web Design, Development and SEO refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. There are no refunds after work has begun. This refund is available one-time only per customer, and does not apply to any promotional value packages.
