These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and the purchase or use of Services provided by Riyans WebTech (“Riyans WebTech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Riyans WebTech provides website design, website development, website maintenance, SEO, digital marketing, online advertising, graphics, technical support, consulting, and related digital services.
By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, making a payment, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using riyans.org or purchasing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or Services.
These Terms may be supplemented by a quotation, proposal, invoice, project agreement, service-specific agreement, or other written terms issued by Riyans WebTech.
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written agreement, the specific written agreement will generally prevail for that particular Service.
2. Our Services
Riyans WebTech may provide services including:

Website development.
WordPress development.
Web application development.
E-commerce development.
Website maintenance.
SEO.
Digital marketing.
Search engine marketing.
Social media marketing.
Online advertising management.
Graphic and UI/UX design.
Technical support.

Other related digital services.
The exact scope of Services will be determined by the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, project specification, or written agreement.
3. Quotations and Proposals
Quotations and proposals issued by Riyans WebTech may include:
Project scope.
Deliverables.
Estimated timeline.
Pricing.
Payment schedule.
Number of revisions.
Technical requirements.
Third-party costs.
Other applicable conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations may be valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
Riyans WebTech reserves the right to revise pricing where the Client changes the project scope, requirements, specifications, or deliverables.
4. Project Scope
Riyans WebTech will provide the Services described in the agreed project scope.
Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may result in additional charges.
Additional work may include:
Additional pages.
Additional functionality.
New design concepts.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit.
New integrations.
Custom programming.
Additional content entry.
Additional SEO work.
Additional marketing campaigns.
Third-party API integration.
Migration or data processing outside the original scope.
Additional work will normally be quoted separately before implementation.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate and timely information, materials, approvals, and access required to complete the project.
The Client may be responsible for providing:
Logo and branding materials.
Website content.
Images and videos.
Product information.
Business information.
Domain and hosting access where required.
Social media or advertising account access where applicable.
Third-party API credentials where required.
Required approvals and feedback.
Riyans WebTech is not responsible for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide required information, content, access, or approvals.
6. Content and Intellectual Property Provided by the Client
The Client represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to use any content, images, videos, trademarks, logos, documents, software, or other materials provided to Riyans WebTech.
The Client is responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful content supplied by the Client.
7. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay all invoices according to the payment schedule specified in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Project work may begin after the required advance payment is received.
Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Invoices must be paid by their stated due date.
Third-party expenses may need to be paid in advance.
Taxes and applicable government charges may be added where required.
8. Late Payment and Service Suspension
Payment of invoices on time is a condition of continued Services.
If any invoice remains unpaid after its due date, Riyans WebTech reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Client’s website and/or associated Services.
The website and all associated Services may be suspended in accordance with Riyans WebTech’s company policy until the full outstanding payment is received.
Suspension may include:
Temporary website shutdown.
Suspension of development work.
Suspension of maintenance.
Suspension of SEO Services.
Suspension of digital marketing Services.
Suspension of technical support.
Suspension of updates and modifications.
Suspension of other Services associated with the Client’s account.
Riyans WebTech may charge additional fees for restoration, reactivation, recovery, migration, or technical work required following suspension.
9. Website Hosting
Standard website design and development Services do not automatically include hosting.
Hosting, VPS, cloud servers, dedicated servers, CDN services, domain registration, SSL services, and email hosting are separate Services unless specifically included in writing.
Where Riyans WebTech provides hosting or server-related Services, additional terms may apply.
10. Domain Registration
Domain registration and renewal are subject to the rules and policies of the relevant domain registrar and registry.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate registration information and renewing domains when required.
Domain registration and renewal fees are generally non-refundable once successfully processed.
11. Third-Party Services
Projects may require third-party services, including:
Hosting providers.
Domain registrars.
Payment gateways.
Google services.
Meta services.
Email providers.
Plugins.
Themes.
APIs.
Cloud services.
Analytics platforms.
Advertising platforms.
Other external software or services.
Riyans WebTech is not responsible for changes, outages, suspension, pricing changes, policy changes, API changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
Third-party charges are generally payable by the Client unless specifically included in the agreed project price.
12. Website Design and Development
Riyans WebTech will make reasonable efforts to develop the website according to the agreed specifications.
Website functionality may depend on:
Third-party software.
Hosting environment.
Browser compatibility.
Operating systems.
Plugins and extensions.
APIs.
External services.
Riyans WebTech cannot guarantee that a website will remain compatible with every future browser, operating system, plugin, device, or third-party platform.
13. Revisions and Approvals
The number of design or development revisions included in a project will be determined by the applicable quotation or agreement.
Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
Once the Client approves a design, page, feature, or milestone, changes requested later may be treated as additional work.
14. Delivery and Project Delays
Riyans WebTech will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe.
However, timelines may be affected by:
Client delays.
Delayed approvals.
Missing content.
Third-party services.
Technical difficulties.
Scope changes.
Unforeseen development issues.
Hosting or server problems.
API limitations.
Force majeure events.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed delivery commitment is expressly agreed in writing.
15. SEO Services
SEO Services are performed using reasonable and industry-standard practices.
However, Riyans WebTech does not guarantee:
Specific Google rankings.
A specific position in search results.
A specific number of visitors.
A specific number of leads.
A specific number of sales.
Specific search engine traffic.
Permanent rankings.
Search engines may change their algorithms, policies, ranking systems, or indexing practices at any time.
Such changes are outside Riyans WebTech’s control.
16. Digital Marketing and Advertising
Riyans WebTech may provide digital marketing and advertising management Services.
Advertising results depend on many factors, including:
Advertising budget.
Competition.
Target audience.
Market conditions.
Advertising platform policies.
Website performance.
Product or service demand.
Landing page quality.
Client pricing and offers.
Riyans WebTech does not guarantee a specific number of clicks, leads, conversions, sales, or advertising return on investment unless expressly agreed in writing.
Advertising costs paid to third-party platforms are separate from Riyans WebTech’s professional fees unless otherwise stated.
17. Acceptable Use
The Client must not use Services provided by Riyans WebTech for illegal, fraudulent, malicious, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
This includes activities involving:
Hacking.
Malware.
Phishing.
Fraud.
Spam.
Piracy.
Copyright infringement.
Unauthorized access.
DDoS or DoS attacks.
Credential theft.
Malicious code.
Other unlawful activities.
Riyans WebTech may suspend or terminate Services where necessary due to a violation.
The Client should also comply with Riyans WebTech’s separate Acceptable Use Policy.
18. Security and Access Credentials
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, account credentials, API keys, and other authentication information.
Where Riyans WebTech receives access credentials for development or maintenance, such credentials should be provided through reasonably secure channels.
Clients should change temporary credentials when access is no longer required.
Riyans WebTech is not responsible for security incidents resulting from credentials disclosed or compromised by the Client or another unauthorized party.
19. Backups
Unless a separate backup or maintenance service is purchased, the Client is responsible for maintaining independent backups of their website, database, files, and other important information.
Riyans WebTech may maintain project backups for operational purposes but does not guarantee that every file, database, configuration, or historical version can always be recovered.
20. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client will receive the rights applicable to the final deliverables for which the Client has fully paid.
Third-party software, plugins, themes, libraries, fonts, images, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Riyans WebTech retains ownership of its pre-existing:
Source code.
Frameworks.
Libraries.
Development tools.
Templates.
Internal systems.
Reusable components.
Technical methods.
Processes.
Know-how.
Payment for a project does not automatically transfer ownership of Riyans WebTech’s pre-existing intellectual property.
21. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Riyans WebTech may display completed website projects or selected project information in its portfolio, case studies, website, social media, or marketing materials.
If the Client requires the project to remain confidential or not be displayed publicly, this should be agreed in writing before or during the project.
22. Confidentiality
Riyans WebTech will take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of confidential information provided by Clients.
Confidential information may include business information, technical information, credentials, project information, commercial information, and other information that is reasonably understood to be confidential.
Confidentiality obligations do not generally apply to information that:
Is publicly available.
Was already lawfully known to us.
Is independently developed.
Is received lawfully from another source.
Must be disclosed by law or valid legal process.
23. Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by Riyans WebTech’s Refund and Cancellation Policy.
For website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing Services, refund requests generally must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.
Once substantial work has commenced, refunds are generally not available.
Domain registration, third-party charges, advertising expenditure, and other non-refundable external costs may not be refundable.
24. Termination
Either party may terminate a Service arrangement in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Riyans WebTech may terminate or suspend Services if the Client:
Fails to pay invoices.
Violates these Terms.
Engages in illegal activity.
Abuses Riyans WebTech personnel or systems.
Provides fraudulent information.
Creates significant security or legal risks.
Uses Services for prohibited activities.
Termination does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Riyans WebTech will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our Services.
Riyans WebTech is not responsible for losses caused by:
Third-party service failures.
Hosting outages.
Domain problems.
Search engine algorithm changes.
Advertising platform suspension.
Plugin or software failures.
Cyberattacks outside our reasonable control.
Client-provided content.
Client configuration changes.
Unauthorized access resulting from compromised Client credentials.
Force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
26. Force Majeure
Riyans WebTech will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform Services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters.
Fire.
Flood.
War.
Government restrictions.
Internet infrastructure failures.
Major cyber incidents.
Power outages.
Telecommunications failures.
Third-party platform failures.
Pandemics or similar events.
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
27. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website and Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected and processed as described in that Privacy Policy.
28. Changes to Services and Terms
Riyans WebTech may modify, discontinue, or update Services from time to time.

29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to the Services or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, project agreement, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the terms governing the relevant Services.
